Google analytics not counting Israel?

To begin with - I'm really really REALLY not into picking opportunities to shout "oh, why do they treat us like that?" rants that are somehow related to Israel or Jewish people.

But I'm just curious why Google anayltics didn't find a reason to count Israel in the list of local Time Zones (which is gleefully announced on the first page).

Jordan and other countries are at the same time zone, so no big problem in the end. It looks like a slight mistake, so would be nice if they fix it...
